Surviving or Thriving? Discussing Mental Health in the Workplace

Team London Bridge are delighted to partner with Mental Health Foundation to offer businesses in London Bridge an opportunity to hear more about mental health as a workplace asset.
London Bridge based, Mental Health Foundation (MHF) has run Mental Health Awareness Week since 2000 and this year will take place 8th-14th May 2017.
Come and hear Director of Communications and Fundraising, Mark Rowland speaking on this years’ theme is called “Surviving or Thriving?” which seeks to address the issue of mental health by shifting the focus away from levels mental health problems, to looking at why so few of us are living with good mental health.
Mark will be giving the highlights from MHF’s new report highlighting the numbers of people who feel stuck on 'survive'. There will be case studies, detailing people’s personal accounts of whether they believe themselves to be surviving or thriving. He will be providing advice and insight into how we can build good mental health in the context of our work, our digital world, our parenting approach and in our communities.
