Frequently asked questions

What is the 4th trimester?

The 4th trimester refers to the first 12 weeks after birth — a time of huge emotional, physical, and hormonal changes for both baby and mum. This webinar will help you navigate it with confidence, care, and support.

Who is this event for?

Pregnant mums, new mums, and even second or third-time mums! Whether you're preparing or already in the thick of it, this session is designed with you in mind.

What will I learn?

We’ll cover: Baby care in the 4th Trimester, common challenges new parents face, how to manage emotions and overwhelm. Caring for yourself as a new mother and self-care strategies that actually work, partner and family dynamics and what to expect in the first few weeks.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Not at all. This is a webinar so join in your PJs, listen while rocking your baby, and keep your mic and camera off.

Will there be a replay?

Yes! Everyone who registers will receive a replay link by email, so you can catch up any time.

Can I ask questions?

Absolutely. There will be time for live Q&A at the end, or you can just listen in quietly if that’s more your style.

How long is the session?

Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Is it just for UK mums?

Not at all! Everyone is welcome. Just check your time zone — the live session runs Friday 5th September at 07:30 PM (UK time).

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you can't attend live, don't worry — all registered attendees will receive access to the replay and the free milestone guide
