Surviving the Storm: How to Be the Calm in Your Child’s Chaos

Big feelings, meltdowns, and overwhelm are part of life for many families - especially if you or your child are neurodivergent - but they don’t have to sink you.

In this session, you’ll learn how to steady yourself when things get rough, co-regulate with confidence, and bring more calm into daily life. A compassionate, real-world workshop for parents who’ve been there.

This is suitable for parents who have children of all ages.

Join Carrie Overton, speaker, podcaster and specialist neurodiversity coach, as she shares strategies that she has learnt over 30+ years as a teacher, deputy head, parent and coach.

This in-person event will take place at the Dorset Arms. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with other parents and gain valuable tools to support your child's emotional well-being.
