We are delighted to be hosting the Wall of Silence Exhibition at the University of Northampton throughout November, the exhibition was designed and produced by the Southmead Project and this will be its first outing in the Midlands.
The aim of the exhibition is to help raise awareness across Northamptonshire of the effects of child abuse and neglect, while educating children and young people about abuse and where to seek support and access help.
As part of the launch we wil be holding a short day conference for professionals and others with an interest in the welfare of children and young people.
The conference presentations will explore the experiences and outcomes of survivors of childhood abuse, violence, and neglect including child sexual abuse.
The conference will be held from 9.45am in Newton Hall, University of Northampton, Avenue Campus
You are welcome to pass the invitation on to colleagues who may be interested.
