What are my transport/parking options getting to the event ?

Delegates will need to arrange their own transport/parking options and asked to note that there is limited car parking available due to some building works taking place at the rear of the Taliesin Building. See campus plan for details of parking.

Unfortunately tickets are non transferrable.

Will lunch be provided ?

Yes there will be lunch provided as well as tea and coffee available on arrival and morning/afternoon break. We hope to provide an inclusive menu but if you have any specific dietary requirements there will be an opportunity to advise us of this in advance. We will do our best to accomodate you.

All presenters will be contacted at the end of May to confirm if their submission has been successful.

You will need to register online via this eventbrite page and go to the registration desk at the Taliesin building on the morning of the conference. Please register as soon as possible.

You will be asked to provide an electronic version of your presentation slides in advance of the conference day. Electronic copies of the posters will also be required and your hard copy poster made available in advance of the conference day itself.
