Is parking available near to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available in the market place with disabled spaces available next to the building.

Question 2

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

If, for any reason the event is cancelled by the event organiser you will receive a full refund of your ticket.

Question 3

If I purchase a discounted ticket and forget my proof of sustainability, will I be charged on entry?

Accepted Answer

We operate with an element of trust, and hope that you will participate fully and honestly in the second hand 'Dress Your Best for Less' experience.

If you are purchasing your clothes second-hand or hiring your outfit and forget your receipt, we will ask you to provide the cost of the items.

Question 4

Are there age restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Any persons over 14 years of age are welcome to join us at the SustainaBALL.  Please do let us know of anyone under 18 attending the event by purchasing an 'Under 18 ticket' and they will be allocated with a wristband on entry.

Question 5

Can I vote for myself in the 'Best Dressed for Less' competition?

Accepted Answer

It's pay to vote to help raise cash for a wonderful charity!  Yes you can vote for yourself - and as many times as you want!  The more times you vote - the more cash we can splash to Bridewell Gardens!

Question 6

Do I have to take part in the Parade if I enter the 'Best Dressed for Less' competition?

Accepted Answer

If you enter the fabulous 'Best Dress for Less' competition you do not have to participate in the Best Dress for Less Parade if prancing in front of a crowd is not your thing!  But make sure you mix and mingle throughout the event and let everyone know your outfit number!

Question 7

If I purchase a £40 ticket to wear a new outfit, but I change my mind, can I change my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Please make sure that you purchase the correct ticket.  We will not be able to amend or refund the difference in the ticket cost.  If you decide to come in sustainable clothing after purchasing a £40 'I'm wearing new' ticket and provide proof of purchase you will be able to enter the ' competition.

Question 8

Do you take cash or cards, or both?

Accepted Answer

We operate a cashless bar, so please ensure you bring a payment card to purchase your drinks.

The Pay to Vote Fundraiser, Raffle Fundraiser, and Collection Tins can be paid for using either cash or card, but we may not be able to provide you with change.
