Come join us for the second Sustainability Salon on the issues surrounding electric vehicles (EV's). This in-person event will feature engaging discussions and a chance for you to voice your thoughts on this important topic. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn and connect with people with a variety of expertise, perspectives, and access. Sponsored by the EPSRC IAA funds projects that arise from these salons can apply for funding to produce impact from new connections.
The situation with Electric Vehicles continues to evolve, with the second hand market showing hesitancy over battery life, the continued issues with power supply for household chargers, and the economic barriers to take up. Should the alternatives to electric cars be scrutinised more closely? Is there a way to address the shortcomings of the public transport network? Are there questions you want to ask that seem to be being ignored, please come along and highlight issues or solutions you feel should be part of the conversation.
