Description

5 seasonal fruit& Veg

2.5 hours

8 meals and drinks

Get ready for Fall by finding your way of healthy sustainable cooking!

Сhanging lifestyle in order to become healthier, more active and as a result happier is probably the most popular thing to do or at least to talk about nowadays. Seasonal products, plant based diet, zero waste cooking, green eating to name a few components of modern Sustainable Eating.

Despite obvious benefits, this way of living is often considered as expensive, time consuming and challenging.

If you think that becoming more sustainable is too hard, you need an inspiration, want to change your life for better or to spend Sunday afternoon cooking and eating fancy healthy food? Then this workshop is something you were probably looking for. We will not only show you but also give an opportunity to try yourself how easy, money saving and fun clean eating could actually be.

We will choose 5 most common products currently in season and show you how in 2.5 hours you can transform them into 8 delicious and nutritionally balanced vegetarian/vegan meals&drinks. Cooking session will be followed by the most exciting part, eating all the prepared food and presents! Also, at the end of the workshop you will get a certificate of completion, all recipes and shopping list for the meals you cooked.

This workshop is running in collaboration with Food Cycle Marylebone and all the collected funds will go to support food waste fight and help local community to conquer food poverty. In you information pack you will get more details on Food Cycle mission, activities and how to get involved as a volunteer or local hub leader.
