Good customer experiences are the foundation of your brand, your reputation, and your success, but the role can be stressful. The ability to handle customers confidently and courteously and deal with complaints and escalations is therefore indispensable to your business and your own wellbeing.
The workshop will cover:
- Why is a good customer experience important and what creates it?
- Identifying expressed and unexpressed needs of the customer.
- Building your own resilience in the face of conflict.
- Reducing strong negative emotions to resolve issues early.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Virgin Money require a form of photo ID before they can grant access to the board room. This can be a passport or driving license.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The York Road car park offers a full day of parking for £8 and is a 5 minute walk from the venue.
