Event description

Following the success of our previous event, join us for some more stimulating talks and discussions with organisations sharing their journey to sustainability and inclusion.

Learning directly projects leaders “who’ve walked the walk”, the event will highlight projects and businesses supported through the European Structural and Investment Funds that are demonstrating exemplary delivery in the fields of sustainable development and inclusivity, also referred to as the cross-cutting themes*.

We will discuss best working practices and provide practical tips on how to adopt more inclusive and sustainable processes.

This is also an opportunity to find out more about funded projects and initiatives that are available across Cornwall to businesses, organisations and individuals that can help them be more inclusive and sustainable.

This event is aimed at organisations and businesses currently running EU funded projects, or who are considering applying to European Funding.

The event will include a complimentary lunch with a vegetarian option, please let us know if you have any other food requirements.

These themes, together, consider the natural environment and the human environment in a holistic manner and are embedded from the initial design and development phase of a project, through to project delivery and beyond. Projects that are supported with EU funding are required to deliver good an best practices above legal baselines where possible.
