On behalf of the University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington campus, and the Enabling Innovation Team, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our “Sustainable Food Planet” event on 20th March 2019. This Free workshop intends to clarify some of the latest trends and scientific advances in sustainability, including packaging, valorisation of by-products and ethical sourcing.

The event will include current health trends i.e. veganism, plant based additives, reducing salt and sugar, taking you to the forefront of knowledge, and to help you develop innovative products and compete strongly.
