About this event
🌿 SUSTAINABLE TEXTILE WORKSHOPS — THIS SEPTEMBER IN ST IVES 🌿
Join me at The Core at the St Ives Orchard during the St Ives September Festival for a hands-on journey into textile making rooted in sustainability, creativity, and connection to nature.
I’m offering two unique workshop paths — both open to all levels ( beginner friendly):
✨ The Wild Threads
An intuitive, open-ended experience to explore raw creativity. Mix techniques, follow your emotions, and let the material guide you. A playful, energetic dialogue between hand, heart, and fabric.
🛠️ The Maker’s Map
A grounded, step-by-step journey with clear goals and technical guidance. Still rooted in play and joy — a space to reconnect with your inner child through mindful making.
💡 Perfect for:
Beginners, creatives, curious minds, textile lovers, and anyone wanting to slow down, explore, and reconnect through the act of making.
🎒 Materials included – just bring yourself, your curiosity, and comfy clothes you don’t mind creating in and your lunch ( snacks and drinks provided )
Let’s stitch, explore, and grow together — slowly, sustainably, and with heart 🌾🧵
