How many people will I meet?

Up to 30. After a brief introduction, participants will be split into breakout rooms of four and spend 5 minutes getting to know one another before the rooms are rotated. Every 5 minutes thereafter, the rooms will be rotated again before we all come back together to finish up.

Where will the event be hosted?

Google Meet. You can access the event using the link on Eventbrite, and you will also receive an email including the link after you book your ticket.

Do I need to prepare anything?

It's a relaxed format, but prepare a quick, 1-minute introduction about yourself and your work in sustainable tourism. Bring a notepad to jot down contacts and ideas.

Who should attend this event?

This event is designed for sustainable tourism professionals, including tour operators, accommodations, DMCs, tourism boards, plus freelancers such as consultants and writers.

Do I need to turn my camera on?

Although not a mandatory requirement, we encourage participants to have their cameras on to create a more personal and engaging networking experience.
