"Sustainably British" Cook along with Quique; Berkshire pork belly rice

Fire up your stoves and join us on Thursday 13th May at 6pm for the second "British Paella" cook-along event with Arros QD and Multi-Michelin-Starred Chef Patron Quique Dacosta
Following the great success of our last cooking event, Arros QD's Head Chef Richard de la Cruz will be joined by Chef Patron Quique Dacosta to showcase the preparation of the "Berkshire pork belly rice", a unique new rice cooked in a paella, featuring as a special on our menu throughout May.
Connect with us on the night to learn how to prepare this sumptuous dish at home in an interactive cook along event with these two special chefs.
Pre-order all the ingredients you need to replicate the dish during the event, with the option to complement your experience with a bottle of British wine. Chose from sparkling wine NV Classic Reserve, Hattingley Valley or Bolney Estate Lychgate Bacchus white wine.

For the best result with our rice dishes, we highly recommend using a traditional paella pan when cooking at home. Simply add this item to your order at checkout.
