This session will focus on how schools can monitor performance, build productive relationships with caterers and address issues with confidence.

• strategies for maintaining strong, transparent relationships with your caterer

• a clearer understanding of your contract position and how to tackle problems confidently

The session will include opportunities to interact, share experiences and ask questions in a dedicated Q&A segment.
