Description

About the day

An informative session that will demonstrate the simple and effective ways museums can gather information about their audiences and the reasons why it is so important. The session will explore the different tools, techniques and creative ways museums can use to build a clear picture of who their audiences are and how this can provide benefits right across the organisation. Using case studies from the sector as well as opportunities to discuss your own experiences, this will be a practical day that covers the essentials of audience insights and how it can help you begin to put audiences at the heart of what you do.

Who should attend?*
