Overview

A regular outdoor group for young people from 10 to 15 yrs. Learn about local wildlife, enjoy the nature reserve and try some bushcrafts.

Have fun being part of a group of young people who get outdoors on Saturdays - become a Wildlife Ranger and join other young people taking action to protect and learn about local wildlife, bushcraft skills and much more!

There is no need for adult accompaniment but all young people must have completed a parent/carer consent form before attending - please email SwanwickLakes@hiwwt.org.uk before booking if you haven't joined us before.

Booking essential - bookings close at 1pm on Wednesday 7th January.

Please bring a packed lunch and drink in a rucksack that can easily be carried with you. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather on the day. You are welcome to bring binoculars and / or a camera, but please note these are your responsibility for the duration of the session.

For further details about how we will keep you and our staff and volunteers safe whilst at Wildlife Rangers you can email SwanwickLakes@hiwwt.org.uk to request a copy of our risk assessments.
