Sometimes the element missing from virtual networking is a chance to chat 12 1 with others, so we will meet up together for the first few minutes, and then you'll join breakout rooms to chat with another for 4 minutes. It might be someone you've met before or someone totally new. No cheesy sales speeches, just an informal chat to see if you could support each other as small business owners.

Join each Thursday of the month for some fast networking time. Speed networking is a very cost and time efficient way to meet new connections quickly.

Private Facebook group

Is it location-specific?

We don't mind where you join from! Most of us tend to be based in the South West you are welcome to join us if you are from further afield provided you can help others.

Format:

Attendees will be put in groups of 2 people so each of you will get the opportunity to explain your business to each other. You will have just 2 mins each. We expect that during the event will be able to connect with more than 15 people. If you find that what you have to offer is mutually beneficial then you can arrange for one-to-one discussions straight after the speed networking session finishes in the organised breakout rooms.

We charge a nominal fee for our events for non-members of just £5. If you would like to access this event and others for free see below.

Timings:

1000 - SWB Connections Speed Networking Event Promptly Opens

1010 - Attendees are moved into Breakout rooms of 2 at a time. Each Breakout room lasts for 4 mins.

1045- All attendees brought back together for meeting close.

1050 - SWB Connections Speed Networking Event Closes

1050 - 1120 (Optional) Breakout rooms in place for a further conversation to take place with someone you have connected with.

Booking is required to gain access to the Zoom meeting link and so that we can organise breakout rooms.

If you cannot make the event, please do let us know as soon as possible, other wise it makes it difficult to organise.
