If you feel like you’re always rushing, trying to do it all, but never feeling truly like you've figured it out, you’re not alone.

This Social Wellness Club flagship session will explore why we find it so hard to slow down, how the pace of modern life impacts our bodies and minds, and what we can do about it.

Drawing on ancestral wisdom, Eastern philosophies, and somatic practices, you’ll learn practical, grounded tools to find moments of calm, connection, and presence within the realities of London life.

You don’t need to abandon your ambition to live well, but you might need a new way of being 👇

What to Expect

Led by Boniface Verney-Carron, osteopath and body psychologist with over two decades of practice, this session will guide you through:

  1. Why the culture of constant busyness feels so hard to step away from, and how it impacts your health and well-being.
  2. What ancestral and Eastern philosophies can teach us about slowing down and building a more balanced life.
  3. How somatic and nervous system practices can help you reconnect with your body, regulate stress, and find presence.
  4. How community and connection can support you to live well in a fast city.

Expect a blend of science-backed insights, interactive exercises, and practical takeaways you can use immediately - even in the middle of a busy week.

With over two decades in practice, Boniface’s journey spans from a dedicated osteopath in London to a holistic health leader. His experiences, from collaborating with renowned practitioners to co-founding transformative retreats, have shaped his unique approach to healing. He is infused with a deep-seated desire to bridge the gap between the mind and body, fostering resilience, self-regulation and an enriched sense of well-being.
