About this event

What to bring:

A yoga mat or picnic blanket. Babies, toddlers, and children are warmly welcome!

Location:

We meet in Dulwich Park, by Tennis Courts 1 & 2 (use the College Road Gates entrance).

A map will be emailed to you after booking.

Free parking is available on College Road and Court Lane, or there’s a paid car park within the park.

Weather:

The class will run in dry weather or light drizzle. If we need to cancel due to rain, we’ll email you at least 45 minutes in advance—and your booking will automatically roll over to the next week’s class at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

I’m not very fit / I’ve just had a baby—will I be able to keep up?

Yes! The class is designed for all fitness levels, and modifications are offered throughout. If you’re postpartum, just make sure you’ve had clearance from your doctor or midwife (from 6 weeks onwards).

What should I bring?

A yoga mat or picnic blanket, water, and anything you or your child might need (snacks, toys, etc.).

Can I bring more than one child?

Yes! Your ticket covers you and your little one(s).
