About this Event

This January, we're celebrating what is at the heart of our brand name; women getting sweaty. We've teamed up with four incredible trainers to bring you a free 45 minute workout class every Wednesday in January at 6PM GMT / 1PM EST on Zoom to get you moving, have fun and make you feel incredible.

Full class schedule:

06/01: Dance Cardio + Sculpt with @andreasaty

Start your New Year in the best way with a mood-boosting dance cardio workout. You will need light weights for this workout (or household alternatives - think filled water bottles, wine bottles or tins).

13/01: Body2TheBeat with @claudmarvon

Expect a high energy, easy to follow, fun dance workout for all levels, brought to you by our incredible ambassador Claudia.

20/01: Energising Yoga Flow with @carolineinspired

Who said yoga wasn't sweaty? Caroline will take you through an energising practice that ignites your inner power + physical strength, leaving you feeling uplifted physically and mentally.

27/01: Boxing + Bodyweight Strength with @taylorwalkerfit

End your month on a high with a full body burnout, with boxing cardio and bodyweight strength + mobility. Endorphins guaranteed.
