When & Where
Abi Lupton-Levy has been practising energy forms of yoga yoga since 1988. In 2003 she began teaching kundalini yoga,
Looking for a way to bring her love of the teachings of nonduality into working with the body, she discovered Kashmir yoga, a nondual practise based on the ancient teachings of tantric Kashmir Shaivism and brought to the West by the advaita master Jean Klein. She was also lucky enough to find two wonderful teachers, Ellen Emmet and Billy Doyle.
She lived in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
