Amarkai Fitness presents SWERVE Bootcamp

A Women Only Bootcamp on Saturdays in SE London.

If you 
* would like to work out but unsure where to start 
* want to challenge yourself physically 
* want to work out in a safe and encouraging (testosterone free) environment 
* are looking to have fun whilst working out 
* are keen to shape and tone and 
* need some ideas of exercises you can do when not in the gym...

this is definitely a class for you.

45 minutes of High intensity Interval Training (HIIT) covering good technique, pushing the limits and improving your strength, confidence and health!

Amarkai Fitness

After losing weight and going through the ups and downs of trying to keep it off, I realised that I needed regular stimulation to keep me motivated to go to the gym. After attending a dance class after many years of feeling 'too big' to participate in group fitness, I fell back in love with dance again.

I decided I wanted an alternative way of keeping fit, when I didn't feel like going to the gym, but I didn't want to spend too much time learning choreography, I just wanted to dance and sweat! As I couldn't find what I wanted, I decided to create it! I am a Level 2 Exercise to Music (ETM) qualified group fitness instructor based in South East London.

I enjoy randomness (usually I do a different HIIT challenge each month), dancing, music, lifting weights, eating fries and cake (why else would I go to the gym? lol)

I'm currently running 2 bootcamp/circuit classes a week as well as covering for Les Mills Body Pump classes across London. I hope to be doing some more dance soon, so watch this space :-)
