About this event
The swim STROKE video analysis is the most effective way of improving your stroke and therefore speed whilst reducing the energy required to achieve this.
For the vast number of swimmers and triathletes, it is not a lack of fitness that is holding back their speed, it is a poorly executed stroke and overall body position.
The swim session will be videoed at the National Swimming Academy Pool at the University of Stirling.
Your swim footage will then be reviewed by Aimee Willmott, Olympian and Commonwealth Games Champion. You will receive a 30 minute one to one virtual call with Aimee to discuss the analysis and improvement areas.
Aimee Willmott is a former competitive swimmer (now coach) who has represented Great Britain at the Olympic Games, FINA world championships and European championships, and England in the Commonwealth Games. She was the 2018 Commonwealth Games champion in the 400 metres individual medley.
