Swim Talk: Stories from the Swim Community
An evening of swim-talk at the newly-established Sea Lanes in Brighton.
Sea Lanes Brighton are delighted to be hosting an evening of swim-talk on Thursday 30th August.
Hosted by Ella Foote, Outdoor Swimming Society Ambassador & swimming writer, the panel discussion will feature:
Alexandra Heminsley, bestselling author of Leap In: A Woman, Some Waves and the Will to Swim,
Tanya Shadrick, 2016/17 writer-in-residence for Pells Pool in Sussex and writer of Outdoor Swimming Society recommended read Watermarks,
and Rosie Cook, Founder of new transformational women's swimwear brand Deakin and Blue.
Join us for a beautiful evening on the seafront discussing swim stories, favourite swim spots, the swim community and more.
A 40 minute discussion will be followed by Q&A, and a chance to try on items from Deakin and Blue's latest collection as well as to purchase a signed copy of Leap In and Watermarks.
Independent Brighton bookshop, City Books, will be in attendance on the evening selling copies of Alexandra Heminsley's bestselling book Leap In for all those interested in purchasing a copy on the night. A limited supply of Watermarks will also be available on the night.

Tickets are free but spaces are limited so please do reserve a ticket in advance to guarantee your spot on the evening.
