Equipment & What you need to take part

Arrive in casual training clothes -

Weather depending kit for day

Trousers and a long sleeve top & fleece

Waterproof jacket (essential)

Water bottle

Swim hat /goggles(optional)

Towell

wetsuits (can be hired £5)

Suitable sensible swim footwear with a good grip

Towel,swim costume ( plase wear swim suit under your clothes)
