Welcome back to Swing by the Sea!

Scratch That Jazz Orchestra is thrilled to be back for another great night of music and dance! Come and join us for a night of live Swing and Latin music at The Corinthian on Sat 27th September 2025 with doors opening at 7:00pm. Live music will continue until 11pm!

Get ready to groove again with our full 18-piece big band, the Scratch That Jazz Orchestra, while enjoying the beautiful seaside atmosphere.

The bar will be open all night, serving both drinks and pizza!

There will be plenty of space to dance the night away on the sprung wooden floor.

Our last event was an electric atmosphere, with fantastic feedback and over £1000 raised for Devon Mind.

All profits from this event will be donated to charity (TBC). By attending, you are contributing to vital charitable work. There will also be a raffle!

Accessibility:

The venue is wheelchair accessible (though take care as the ramp is steep), there is an accessible toilet, and there will be a quiet space available for anyone who needs it. The venue has a number of separate rooms as well as a balcony. If you have any enquiries about accessibility and specific access requirements, don't hesitate to contact us.

Parking:

There is no on-site parking. The nearest parking is roadside on Madeira road, Elphinstone and Lambhay car parks in the Barbican, multistorey parking in the Barcode.
