Overview

A two-day day nursing event focusing on developing wellbeing and emotional containment skills and strategies in the context of neonatal care

We are delighted to invite you to the South West Neonatal Nursing Leadership, Wellbeing and Development Programme—a two-day residential experience dedicated to the development and wellbeing of Band 6 and 7 clinical nurse leaders and education team members across the South West Neonatal Network.

This immersive programme has been designed to support the growth of confident, connected, and compassionate neonatal nursing leaders. Held at a unique outdoor activity centre, the programme offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of the clinical environment and focus on your own development, resilience, and leadership practice.
