SY Local Nature Recovery Strategy habitat workshop - woodland and trees
Welcome to our upcoming habtitat-based workshop for the South Yorkshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS), hosted by the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority.
The main purpose of the LNRS is to identify appropriate actions and suitable locations to enhance existing habitats or create new habitats, where this is most likely to provide the greatest benefits for nature and the wider environment.
This is one of four habitat-based workshops which will focus on ‘woodland and trees’ and provides an opportunity for wider expert input on the key strategic content. It is a facilitated, in-person workshop for input and discussion on proposed nature recovery action for woodland and trees habitats in the South Yorkshire region.
