Following the success of our Criminal Litigation Series, we are delighted to announce the launch of our SYLA Medical Negligence Series, featuring a programme of free CPD-accredited lunchtime webinars focusing on various topics within the Medical Negligence area.

This exciting 6-part series runs from 19th November – 17th December 2025, featuring weekly sessions led by solicitors and medical experts. Topics include breaking the chain of causation, potential changes in the medicolegal system, and common medical problems which lead to medicolegal cases.
Each session counts towards 1-hour CPD and features a live Q&A, offering invaluable opportunities to engage directly with some of the top solicitors and experts in the Scottish medicolegal field.
