Sym Breath Session
Overview
Sym (www.deepsym.com) is a unique interactive art object that visualises breathing in light using a custom-designed sensor belt. The deeply soothing experience invites slow diaphragmatic breathing which naturally relieves stress and anxiety. The real-time visual biofeedback allows full immersion and quieting of the mind allowing access to a deeply meditative state.
Each Sym can be shared by up to four people at once, when breathing patterns synchronise, Sym radiates with rainbows! Sym deepens connection to the breath, the self and to others, improving wellbeing through co-creation and co-regulation.
Guided by Kira, a pranayama certified breathwork teacher and the creator of Sym, this session combines breathing techniques with visual biofeedback to calm the nervous system and expand the diaphragm.
