Royal Caribbean invites you and the family to discover something truly extraordinary.

Docking in central London for a limited time only, Symphony of the Senses will be the first ever interactive, theatrical cruise experience on dry land; an exclusive preview of what will be the world’s newest and largest cruise ship, Symphony of the Seas.

Royal Caribbean’s newest ship will be brought to life as an adventure for all the senses through cutting edge innovation, exciting surprises and West End quality entertainment.

Symphony of the Senses will give the entire family a taste of adventure unlike any other! Children won’t believe their surroundings as they travel through the enchanted activities, older children will assume ultimate bragging rights and even the parents can expect to experience dropped jaws and childlike excitement.

What’s more, we are offering the chance for all event goers to win an unforgettable family holiday experience of a lifetime onboard Symphony of the Seas, in the Mediterranean this Summer.

Reserve your free tickets now. Simply select your ‘sailing time’ and be sure to arrive 15 minutes beforehand to ensure you’re ready to embark.

Alternatively, walk in slots are available throughout the day on Saturday.

How long is the experience?

Symphony of the Senses has a running time of approximately half an hour.

When will I find out my arrival time?

When you book tickets, you will be booking an allocated time slot. It is essential that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your start time, as you will be require to check all belongings into the complementary cloakroom.

If I am 10 minutes late - is that ok?

All ticket holders must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their allocated time slot. Due to the nature of the experience, there are strictly no late admissions.

What if I cannot make the event?

Please do let us know if you are unable to make the event, as we may be able to reallocate your tickets to other guests. Unfortunately it may not be possible to exchange your tickets for an alternative time slot.

Can I take photos?

We absolutely encourage guests to take photos of their experience, and share using the #mysymphony

What do I wear?

We advise wearing practical clothing, and against impractical shoes.

Can I bring my bag and coat with me?

We advise that you do not bring unnecessary items, as bag searches will be carried out and we require all belongings to be checked into the cloakroom on arrival. Any valuables are your responsibility.

Can all of my friends join the same group and arrival time as me?

There’s a maximum of 6 people within one group session. We advise booking for everyone in your group at the same time.


Is there an age restriction?

This is a family friendly experience, and there are no age restrictions. However, please be aware that the experience contains physical aspects, and there are certain elements that may be scary to very young children.

Will I be able to leave the experience at any point?

It is possible to leave the experience in the case of emergency, however there is strictly no re-admittance.


Do you have disability access?

Due to the nature of the building, there is very limited disabled access. To make a booking with access routes, please email:, though be aware that this will result in a reduced experience.

My child is very young, can we bring the pushchair through the experience?

We ask that all belongings are left in the cloakroom prior to entry.


Are there bars and restaurants on-site?

No. However there are snacks included as part of the experience (all allergens will be displayed, any queries can be answered by our team).


Will there be flashing lights and is it loud?

This experience contains both loud noises and flashing lights. If you are worried that this may be unsuitable, we ask that you do not attend.

What if I am pregnant?

Whilst we endeavour to keep our audiences as safe as possible, there are moments of darkness, twists and turns, and groups of people moving in and out of spaces swiftly. We ask that you make staff aware that you are pregnant when you arrive.

Are parent and baby facilities available?

Unfortunately there are no guest toilets at this experience.



1. This free prize draw is promoted by RCL Cruises Ltd trading as Royal Caribbean International (company number 07366612), a UK company with registered office address at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY (the 'Promoter').

2. The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK or Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over on the date of entry and who attend in person at the Symphony of the Seas promotional event in London on Friday 2nd and / or Saturday 3rd February 2018 (the “Events”). Only entries submitted between 9am GMT on Friday 2nd February and 11.59pm GMT on Saturday 3rd February will be counted (the “Competition Period”).

3. Attendees at the Events may participate in this free-to-enter competition by uploading an image or video capturing a part of their experience at the Event on any of the following social channels and tagging Royal Caribbean along with #MySymphony (Twitter: @MyRoyalUK , Facebook and Instagram: @royalcaribbeanuk) during the Competition Period.


4. You must obtain the consent of all persons featured in any uploaded image.

5. No entry must contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane content. If the Promoter reasonably considers that participant’s entry falls foul of this requirement, the entry will be considered void.

6. For uploaded photos to be valid, they must be taken by the entrant or by another member of their party and posted with their approval.

7. Entrants must ensure they have approval and consent to post photos which feature any other persons.

8. By uploading any image, you agree that the Promoter may feature such image on its website and/or social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter to promote this competition.


9. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries entered during the Competition Period. The winner will be informed via email and/ or via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook by the 10th February 2018.

10. The prize shall consist of a cruise for four persons sharing a stateroom onboard Symphony of the Seas for a seven-night sailing departing Barcelona, including UK return economy return flights from selected UK airports departing on 26 August 2018 and returning to the UK on 2 September 2018. Prize includes all in destination transfers, cruise gratuities and standard meals onboard (excluding specialty dining).

11. Prize fulfilment will be managed by the Promoter who will contact the winner via the email address provided by the winner on their entry form. Winner must accept the prize and notify Promoter of its travelling companions within 30 days of receiving such notification as well as passport detail information so that the booking can be fulfilled.

12. Winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and their guest hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question, and ensure that they are available on the travel dates specified.

13. Winners must have valid passports for travel and obtain travel insurance for themselves and their travelling companions. Winner shall provide evidence of such insurance to Promoter on demand.

14. Cruise prize is subject to the booking conditions of Royal Caribbean available at as applicable and save where expressly varied herein.

15. Prize is non-transferrable and may only be redeemed by the winner. Prize cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

16. Unless stipulated otherwise, no additional travel arrangements are included with these prizes.


17. By entering this competition, each participant is providing information to Promoter who undertakes to process participant’s personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Promoter undertakes to use participant’s personal details for this purpose and for the purpose of administering and/or promoting this competition as outlined in these terms and conditions.

18. Employees of Promoter, any business within the group of international companies to which Promoter is a member including all Royal Caribbean subsidiaries, their affiliates or anyone else professionally associated with this competition are expressly excluded from entering.

19. It is a condition of acceptance of a prize these terms and conditions are accepted and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of any information by entrant will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20. Promoter may reject any submissions, or at any time disqualify entrants, if the submissions or the entrant/user is in breach of any of these terms and conditions and/or in Promoter’s reasonable opinion, is inappropriate because, without limitation, it infringes and/or may infringe third party rights, defames other persons and/or denigrates trademarks, institutions and/or cultures and/or is in any manner in breach of the laws, moral, uses and/or etiquette rules generally required from internet users.

21. Late, incomplete, invalid and/or corrupt submissions will not be accepted and will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No discussion as to the winner shall be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.

22. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability for reasons outside the control of the Promoter.

23. The winner and runners up agree that their details may also be announced contemporaneously on Promoter’s Royal Caribbean’s UK Facebook and/or Twitter in the format “Mr/Mrs [Surname] of [Town]”. The winner’s details in this format may also be shared in marketing material of the Promoter, including the Royal Caribbean UK Blog, Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram for a period of 6 months following the announcement of the winner of the competition.

24. Promoter shall be entitled to make use of any comments provided by winner via any social media sites for the benefit of promoting Royal Caribbean International subject always to the applicable policies of the social media websites.

25. Multiple entries by an entrant will not invalidate entries but each participant will only be entered into the prize draw once. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning the prize.

26. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this competition, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.

27. The winner's title, surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promoter, FAO Royal Caribbean Marketing Team within 30 days of the competition closing. Winners and runner’s up agree to their details being shared for this purpose.

28. Facebook and Twitter are not in any way associated with this competition and has no liability to winners or participants.

29. This competition shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
