Is there Parking nearby?

Parking on site at the hospital is limited, we suggest that you park off site. The are limited number of blue badge parking outside the medical education centre. If you require blue badge parking please contact our team  patientexperience@wwl.nhs.uk to reserve a space.

Will refreshments be provided?

We will offer a choice of hot drinks inc Tea,  coffee and small selection of cold drinks, if you have any dietary needs please contact our team patientexperience@wwl.nhs.uk

Where is the Medical Education Centre situated?

The front of the Medical Education Centre is situated on Wigan Lane Approx 5 min walk from the main hospital. The reception and entrance is accessible at the rear of the building which can be accessed from Clifton Crescent (road) which is situated off Wigan lane.

Is the venue accessible?

The event will be hosted in the lecture theatre in the medical education centre. This room is accessible to wheelchair service users via internal lifts. If you require assistance please contact our team patientexperience@wwl.nhs.uk
