A six-week course enabling you and your clients/team to build better relationships, feel calmer, more self-assured, and confident.

About this Event

Synchronise Mind, Body & Emotions: 

Dramatically improve well being for you and others using this unique coaching system

In our six-week interactive webinars, we can help to address issues just like these. We integrate both health and ontological coaching techniques to create a unique way to enhance your own health and wellbeing as well as that of your clients/team.

  • This learning journey uses structured activities and guided reflections. You will experience what it takes to empower inner balance, self-understanding, and true focus and how to support your clients/teams/friends to achieve the same goal.
  • This course qualifies you for 12 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) for ICF-accredited coaches.
  • You will also have full access to an excellent Learning Management Platform where you will be able to interact with other participants and access key materials and presentations in relation to the course.

Outcomes of the course

At the end of this course, participants will have all the tools they need to incorporate our unique coaching approach into their own coaching/leadership practice.

Learning and development professionals who would like to use these coaching tools with clients and team members in order to improve relationships and increase productivity and wellbeing within organisations.

Leaders who would like to bring these learnings to guide their teams in an authentic and holistic way.

Those who are interested in improving their health, wellbeing, and inner balance.

Key Information

Online Zoom course every Tuesday from 5.00 pm ( UK time ) until 7.00 pm ( UK time ) led by Sandra Crathern and Roberta Pagliarulo.

You'll need access to a device that can run Zoom - a Mac or PC with camera, or an iPad or Android tablet.

You'll also need a pair of headphones with a microphone, and as quiet and private a space as you can arrange from which to join us.

Group sizes are purposefully small, from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 20 people for the program.

Cost: £450

of which £50 is a deposit. This is non-refundable but transferable (for other courses or retreats). This rate is promotional due to the current extraordinary circumstances, to help support people as much as possible.
