Overview

A new monthly South London scratch night. A unique concept from Wisdom Sync offering theatre, comedy, improv, poetry & live music!

Step into SYNCOPATE – South London’s freshest scratch night. Championing marginalised voices and offering a space where bold creativity meets vibrant audience. Every 3rd Thursday of the month starting this June.

1 theme, 1 cast who syncopate the work of 2 artists with 2 songs. Wisdom SYNC brings you a scratch night with seasoning. Spotlighting talent across theatre, comedy, improv, poetry & live music - you've never been to a night like it.

The theme this month is mental health, with a nod to Movember we felt it was only right to highlight how mental health issues affect the marginalised, Black and global majority communities.

Wisdom Sync is a independent Production Company based in South London amplifying marginalised characters, stories and Creatives. Collaborating with local and independent businesses and people wherever they can to uplift, empower and create visibility. This event powers the Wisdom Sync film fund and continues to bring to life future projects, courses, workshops and events.

Jessica Wilde is a South London singer, songwriter, rapper and producer whose music fuses raw spoken word and rap with soul-searing vocals. Her songs read like diary entries, charting a journey from addiction and toxic cycles to empowerment, healing, self-love and living sober.

Featured in CLASH, Wonderland, Complex and The Independent, Wilde has also collaborated with Rudimental, Emeli Sandé, Grammy-winner Kizzo (Jon Batiste) and Todd Terry to name a few.

On stage, she’s sold out London headline shows, curated PxSSY PWR takeovers, and performed at Glastonbury, Ronnie Scott’s, Jazz Café, Secret Garden Party, Riviera Maya Jazz Fest (Mexico), Bospop Festival (Netherlands), where she opened the main stage for Nile Rodgers and many more.
