Description

The environment we operate in is not easy – our customer needs are complex; the world is progressively connected; the pace of change continues to increase and that means there is a greater expectation on us to find cost effective, systemic and sustainable ways of delivering our services. This means becoming “system-wise” at a strategic and policy level is a key skill for leaders in the 21st Century.

If you answered, ‘yes’ to any of these question, this immersive one day session provides managers with the understanding, approach and tools needed to start re-imagining how you can apply a whole system approach to persistent or reoccurring problems.

The workshops on the 22nd & 23rd - are open for any manager to book onto. There’s a maximum of 12 places available which will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Workshop on the 25th is open to services or teams looking to explore their service area improvement
together.
