OBJECTIVES
After the course, you will have improved knowledge & skills on:

- Understanding an acutely swollen knee and the management options.
YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE GUIDED COURSE MATERIAL OF A MINIMUM 2.5 HRS CPD HENCE 2.5 + 1.5= 4 HRS OF CPD.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
- Lizzie Marlow - Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner
Lizzie Marlow is a Lower Limb APP with extensive experience in the NHS and private sector. Lizzie has a particular interest in the assessment and management of foot and ankle pathologies, knee injuries, and hip pain in young adults. Lizzie works as an Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Practitioner alongside a hip and knee surgeon, which has helped to further advance her knowledge and skills.
Lizzie has completed several advanced clinical practice modules at King’s College University and The University of Hertfordshire. These courses have helped her to develop advanced skills in the assessment and management of patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Lizzie enjoys her role as a lecturer and course tutor on a variety of different lower limb and running courses, as well as teaching on evening lectures, podcasts and international symposiums. She is a co-author of a recently published book on hip and knee disorders. She is also a keen runner and netball player.
2. Charlie Clements - First Contact Physiotherapist.
Charlie Clements is a First Contact Physiotherapist who works in a specialist diagnostic role split between primary and secondary care in Bristol. He graduated from the University West of England with a First Class Honours degree and is currently working towards his MSc in advanced practice.Charlie has a particular interest in serious spinal pathology. His passion lies in education where he has delivered an array of content for various platforms and created his own course for post-graduate clinicians on the topic.
