About the Speakers

1. Adam Dobson – Specialist Spinal Physiotherapist

Adam is a highly experienced spinal specialist working within the NHS. He has a particular interest in low back-related leg pain and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based spinal care.

1. Sam Bhide - Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner.

Sam Bhide is an advanced clinical practitioner (ACP). She qualified in 2006 and is extremelypassionate about learning, education and research related to MSK medicine andphysiotherapy. She has masters in MSK physiotherapy ( 2010), she is an independentPrescriber (2022), injection therapist ( 2016), Diplomate member of FSEM( 2021), was coconvenor of CSP London First Contact Practitioner (FCP) support network, CSP spokespersonand CSP London regional network core member (2024). She is an executive committeemember of PCRMM and APPN (2024) and NASS primary care champion (2021). She is a guest lecturer on FCP courses in Coventry University (2024). She is co-author on 3 publications andcurrently working on a textbook due to be published in 2025 -MSK essentials for Primary to improve knowledge of MSK and Rheumatologically conditions for primary careworkforce. She is a clinical director and founder of Physiozen Ltd. - wellness focus oneducation, treatment, management, and improvement in fitness and wellness using socialmedia as well as physiotherapy and Pilates.Credentials- MSc MCSP MHCPC MAACP
