About this event
Join us this World Mental Health Day for a discussion about supporting wellbeing in the IP professions. This webinar follows on from last year's World Mental Health Day webinar on "Supporting staff wellbeing, mental health and work-life balance". As in 2024, it's a collaboration between IP Inclusive, Jonathan’s Voice, CIPA and CITMA and is free to attend for anyone who works in the UK’s IP sector.
Our content
In this interactive webinar, we'll be joined by workplace wellbeing consultant Lisa Whittleton to explore what really works in terms of supporting mental health at work.
There are recognised disconnects between:
1) the increasing investment and initiatives put in place by organisations, and employees not seeing or feeling the benefit; and
2) what we know works in terms of best practice, and what is practical and reasonable for small-to-medium-sized practices to implement.
We'll address those by bringing together Lisa’s background in business psychology and her experience helping organisations to develop and implement wellbeing strategies, along with a panel of IP professionals who are passionate about wellbeing. Together they'll provide you with practical takeaways and answer your questions on how to get this important part of your business strategy right.
Meet the speakers
Dr Anna Molony, UK & European Patent Attorney, Founder & Director at Two IP (webinar chair)Anna Molony is a UK & European Patent Attorney with over 20 years’ experience and the founder of Two IP, the UK’s first platform law firm offering a fee-share model for patent and trade mark attorneys. She is passionate about creating a better way of working for attorneys, both through Two IP’s innovative model and in her wider contributions to conversations on wellbeing and work-life balance. Away from work, Anna is a keen lawn bowler and plays for her club and the Warwickshire county side.

Who's it for?
This webinar is open to anyone who works in the UK's IP sector, whatever their role. It will be especially useful for those who are responsible for and want to implement positive change. Please invite your colleagues, at all levels of seniority.
Bring a guest!
At IP Inclusive we want to reach as many IP people as possible. Why not invite a guest to watch the webinar with you - someone in a different role or at a different career level, perhaps; an ally or potential ally; or a colleague who's not yet involved with IP Inclusive? They'll be most welcome!
