What are Family Constellations?

Developed by Bert Hellinger, Systemic Family Constellations is a process in which people are placed (like a living map) to represent members of a family, a company or even an ailment in order to read a dynamic from these related persons. The set up can look like a constellation, hence the name.

Constellations can help you if: • you are stuck  • you recognise a pattern that appears to reoccur in your family through generations • you have unresolved health issues • your children have emotional or behavioural problems where you cannot find a root cause or solution

Be part of someone else's Constellation.
You may be invited to stand for a family member, ancestor or part of the system — an experience that often brings surprising resonance and understanding for your own life.
Includes: Full group participation, learning through experience, and shared debrief.
