Systemic Coaching and Constellations - Daniela Terrile

This workshop offers an experiential introduction to Systemic Coaching and Constellations, a transformative approach that looks beyond the individual to explore the wider field of relationships, patterns, and hidden dynamics that shape our personal and professional life.

Daniela Terrile will guide participants through key systemic principles including:

The roots and evolution of systemic constellations.

The Three Orders of Belonging, Order, and Balance.

Family and organizational constellations as lenses for hidden dynamics.

The morphic field and the mystery of representation.

Ethical practice, boundaries, and the facilitator’s stance.

Through a blend of theory, live demonstration, and reflective dialogue, participants will experience how systemic awareness can expand their presence, deepen insight, and create new pathways for transformation.

This is also a personal invitation to engage with your own systemic patterns and explore how systemic wisdom can support your growth as a coach, therapist, or leader.
