Tom Morrell is an experienced executive coach. He is a trained consultant through the Civil Service College and during his long career in the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). He specializes in helping people shape their careers, prepare for interview, and address sticky people and organizational problems in their work as leader and manager.
Tom was a senior manager in the MPS providing close strategic links with diverse communities across London. For the last six years through his own company he has focused on people engagement internationally, organizationally and individually. He is chair of the Engage for Success Government Taskforce London Region ‘Thought and Action’ Group which he has grown from 6 to 31 well-known organisations since September 2015.
Tom has worked internationally in Moscow, as a part-time lecturer with Kingston University teaching employee engagement to post-graduate human resource managers of multi-national companies. He is currently working in Ukraine with the government, police and communities on developing closer people engagement structures.
Tom is a public speaker, keen in amateur dramatics, and enjoys singing.
This event is aimed at those coaches who wish to develop 'Systemic Coaching & Constellations' as a tool that they can use in coaching. The event follows on from the highly successful evening on the same topic in September when delegates were able to involve themselves in a constellation exercise. It is closely linked to the Coaching Book Club that reviewed John Whittington's 'Systemic Coaching & Constellations' book in July, and will in November review 'Invisible Dynamics - systemic constellations in organisations and in business' by Horn and Brick published by Carl Auer.
The event is coordinated by Tom Morrell, who chairs the branch Coaching Book Club. Although very experienced, Tom is not a formally trained systemic coaching and constellations coach. Along with the delegates he is keen to develop the approach with like minded coaches and this, like the last event, is what we hope to achieve.
