About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

The term 'quality interactions' is being borrowed from early years education where it is used to distinguish different kinds of interaction between children and staff where the quality of the interaction is seen as being critical in facilitating learning for children. When we apply this term to the context of wellbeing across the (family) lifespan, include social differences as contextual factors, and consider family life in 2025, the notion of 'quality' may have different meanings and show in many different ways. This webinar will take a brief look at this topic from a theoretical perspective and consider what 'quality interactions' means when thinking about relationships, wellbeing, and systemic interventions.
