About this event

This course is designed to look at what unions in the workplace can do to organise around mental health issues. It is important to note this is not a mental health awareness course. We do not go into detail about the different specific mental ill health conditions or coping with them. The focus is on ensuring policies, processes and procedures are in place to prevent or negate escalation of mental ill health in the workplace.

Note:

For those living in a devolved Mayoral authority or devolved authority such as Manchester, Liverpool etc., we would suggest that you get in touch with us to check your eligibility for free funding.
