Description

Vista Health presents it's next Sporting CPD Event TACKLING RUGBY, in partnership with The Schoen Clinic, on the 27th March, 6-8pm, at The Schoen Clinic, London.

Leading Surgeons Giuseppe Sforza and Peter Hamlyn will be presenting case studies, looking at interesting conditions and injuries arising from the sport of Rugby..Giuseppe will be looking at Shoulder injuries and Peter will be discussing Concussion and Spinal injuries.

Giuseppe Sforza:

Mr Sforza has presented in several meetings, published over 200 publications and scientific papers, written chapters for books on shoulder surgery and has been invited to lecture in Europe and elsewhere including ICSS, SECEC, EFORT, SICSEG, SIA, SIOT. He has also organised several international and national courses on shoulder surgery for arthroscopic surgery, shoulder arthroplasty and rehabilitation of shoulder and elbows..

Peter Hamlyn:

Peter was awarded Fellowship of The Institute of Sport Medicine for his work in the field of head injury in sport. He has worked as medical advisor to the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (first Safe Neurosurgery working group), General Medical Council, Trigeminal Neuralgia Association of Great Britain, British Olympic Association, British Boxing Board of Control, The Jockey Club of Great Britain, UK Sport, The Royal Ballet, GB rowing team, and England Rugby, plus numerous premier league football and rugby clubs.
