Description

This event will be an interactive webinar. Spaces are limited to 70.

Join us for a totally virtual and interactive event in conjunction with Dr Suzanne
Doyle Morris, CEO and Founder of InclusIQ Institute.

Within her engaging and interactive 60 minute session, Dr Doyle-Morris uses an
innovative online simulation driven by participants, to highlight the workplace
assumptions we see.

In tackling unconscious bias and hiring for innovative teams the Webinar will
explore:
 looking for ‘big fish in small ponds’
 the use of blind applications or CVs
 looking beyond ‘mini-me’s’ and versions of yourself when recruiting
 overvaluing interviews compared to other assessments
 the use of anonymous scoring of applications to avoid ‘boss bias’

Dr Suzanne Doyle Morris is an academic, author of two highly acclaimed books
popular in the corporate sector: Beyond the Boys’ Club: Strategies for Achieving
Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male Dominated Field and Female
Breadwinners: How They Make Relationships Work and Why They are the Future of
the Modern Workplace. She has built a self-funded company from the ground up.
InclusIQ builds online games used in training groups to help people adopt inclusive
leadership best practice. She is also one of the very few female entrepreneurs to
have received two rounds of SMART funding from Scottish Enterprise for their
unique and innovative approach to games based learning.

Book now to avoid disappointment as places are limited.
