Tadhg Cullen LIVE @ the Fish Factory, with Kitty Crocker

Hark! A laidback friday night packed with creative juices* calls you!

List of things to bring:

  • Your ticket
  • Your listening ears
  • Some cash (there will be a raffle in aid of UNRWA and their Gaza Appeal)

Tadhg Cullen is a singersongwriter from Falmouth, Cornwall. Inspired by Nick Drake, Joni Mitchell and Al Green, Tadhg delivers tastefully complex acoustic guitar licks interwoven with touching melodies. His lyrics are a window into his lens, shaped by idionsyncracies, vulnerabilities and neuroses galore. Tadhg is writing lots of new material and seeks the chance to share it with a new audience (you lovely lot).

Kitty Crocker is a singersongwriter from Port Isaac, Cornwall. Her recent EP, Good Riddance and Goodbye, showcases the naked lyricism, lilting vocals and americana-infused instrumentation that characterise her sound. Kitty is going from strength to strength in the cornish music scene, so this a great opportunity to see her before she blasts off and leaves this beautiful yet gig-depleted county behind.

We will also be joined on the line-up by Zyra Alvarez Claudius, whose poignant yet playful poetry cheers the heart and enthralls the mind in equal measure.

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times - PLEASE BRING SOME CASH! We'll be fundraising for UNRWA, one of the few charity organisations who are able to deliver vital aid - primarily food and medicine - to the besieged people of the Gaza Strip.

*Creative juices subject to availability. Please consult your soul for details

Frequently asked questions

Will there be beer?

Yes - the Fish Factory will operate their own bar. So bring money.

What if I want to buy a raffle ticket but don't have cash?

We'll work something out. If anything, it will be good practice for the imminent collapse of society and by extension of the monetary system.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

The answer to that is yes, to an extent. My recollection is that it's not ideal, but there is a rampable entrance near the rear of the building. Please give the fish a ring or contact myself tiggywaa@gmail.com if you're seeking more information on this.

Will there be tickets on the door?

That depends of course on whether or not we sell out. If we haven't sold out, then yes, there will be tickets on the door. But I don't have a card reader (yet) so just in case, do bring some cash.
