There are 2 ticket options for the event.  Ticket 1 is for the lecture only. 
 Ticket 2 is for the lecture and reception.

Canapes will be available in the evening, along with alcoholic and soft drinks.

Lecture Theatre B is located on the first and second floors, to the left from the Core 3 lifts.

There are designated spaces for wheelchair users within the lecture theatre.
