Join us on Friday mornings at the Firs Medical Centre for a 12 week couse. Situated just by St James Overground, you can learn some basic Tai Chi movements, steps/footwork and principles along with a Qi Gong routine to help your Qi flow and strengthen immune system.
The course will be led by Aileen, a qualified Health Qi Gong teacher, trained with Dao Lu and Deyin Taijiquan Institute.This pilot is suitable for beginners of all levels and abilities, and can be done sitting or standing.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice developed to enhance health and wellness. Practice with us and see many health benefits such as :
