About this event
Come and join us for a relaxing and enjoyable Chinese exercise. You will learn 18 simple but effective movements designed to maintain all round good health and well-being. The slow, flowing sequence is set to music and uses regulated, relaxed breathing to promote harmony of the body and mind.
Both standing and seated versions of the exercises will be looked at, making this session suitable for all ages, as well as complete beginners.
The session will be led by an experienced teacher of taijiquan and qigong, with over fourty years of experience.
Please book one ticket per adult attending. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
